Healthy French Toast

Are you kidding me?!! I made this French Toast on a whim and why haven't I made this before? Sometimes things just happen by accident, but this is why we must be creative with our food. Good things happen! Now, I have a very specific diet to follow and people that have been following me know what I'm talking about, if not click here for more info. This meal counted as 1 Protein, 1 Starch, and 1 Fat.

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
1 slice of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread (not all bread is created equal. Most brands are bad, but this one is one that I trust)
Cinnamon
1 Packet of Sweet Leaf Stevia
1 TBS of Virgina Unrefined Coconut Oil

I put 4 egg whites in a bowl and then soaked one slice of Ezekiel Bread in the egg white for a few minutes on one side and then flipped it and let it soak in the egg for a few minutes on the other side. While it's soaking, heat a small pan to medium heat and add 1/2TBS of coconut oil. Now, cook the bread on each side for about 5 minutes. You'll have extra egg to cook, put that aside for now. On each side of the bread, sprinkle stevia onto it and also sprinkle some cinnamon. Place your French Toast on a plate and cook the rest of the egg. Should cook up pretty quick. Also sprinkle some cinnamon on the egg. Trust me, it'll be good. Here is where the magic happens! Instead of using syrup, use 1/2TBS of coconut oil as a topping for your French Toast!!! OMG!! Try also adding some fresh cut banana slices! mmmmmmmmmmm

This is an aproximate serving for a girl, but boys, go ahead and double it! You get 2 slices :) lucky!
